Tell us where AI is working, and where it keeps getting stuck.

Describe the useful experiments, repeated explanations, or isolated automations inside your company. We will use that context to work out whether a shared company layer is the right next move.

Give us the working picture.

A useful first note names the work your team repeats, where the correct context lives, and who owns the problem internally. If people are already using AI, tell us what works for them and what has failed to spread.

Common questions

The intended outputs are a cloud-backed system of record with verified member access, structured company knowledge, standing operating rules, reusable workflows for recurring work, onboarded team members, and a handover that lets your team extend the system.

You need an internal owner with authority, named workflows to examine, access to the relevant systems of record, people who will use the shared context, and a clear definition of done. Your team keeps control of its credentials.

Your team should be able to add knowledge, write policy, create workers, and onboard members without Kola Automations in the loop. The aim is a system your company can keep improving, not a permanent dependency on the implementer. After handover, product support and issues with the underlying software remain with its provider; Kola does not operate it indefinitely.

Fit depends on the situation. The strongest starting point is a company with useful AI activity that has not spread, specific recurring work, an internal owner who can make decisions, and a team willing to build shared operating context rather than another isolated pilot.
